Sandi Lindgren, PhD, LICSW, PCC is a trusted expert in mentor coaching, leadership development, mental fitness, and emotional intelligence. She has extensive experience coaching leaders, new coaches, and professionals to build resilience, enhance communication, and create lasting change.

As the founder of I Support YOUth, LLC, Sandi specializes in mentor coaching, leadership development, social work consultation, and coach training. She is a Certified Mentor Coach and holds advanced certifications in Executive and Team Coaching, Emotional Intelligence Assessments (EQ-i 2.0, EQ-i 360, EQ-i Higher Ed), and Narrative Coach Enhanced Practitioner. She received her initial coach training at the Institute for Life Coach Training and is sought after for her ability to bridge coaching, mental fitness, and trauma-informed leadership to create transformative change in individuals and teams.

Known for her compassionate yet results-driven approach, Sandi blends cutting-edge coaching methodologies with deep psychological insight to help clients increase self-awareness, build resilience, and develop strong leadership capabilities. She is also the author of “I Support YOUth! Success Through the Latest Motivational Approach,” a guide based on her dissertation research on coaching youth and young adults.

She also serves as a Disaster Mental Health Responder for the American Red Cross, offering critical support in times of crisis, further demonstrating her commitment to resilience and service.
